Add 15.1.0 to the upgrade path

What does this MR do and why?

The doc section mentions that it is necessary to upgrade to 15.1.Z before upgrading further in case when multiple application nodes are used. However, it is not reflected in the upgrade path at Upgrade paths.

The MR adds this upgrade step to the docs.
