Add warning for alpha stage in docs

What does this MR do and why?

As per https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/gitlab-the-product/#alpha , we need to specify in the docs if something is in the alpha stage. This MR achieves that.

Updated the docker image tag from 0.1 to 0.1-alpha as well to leave no room for any misunderstanding that this is an alpha feature.

Post merge steps

  • Delete the 0.1 tag from docker registry of gitlab-rd-web-ide-docker
