Bump gitlab-metrics-exporter version to support cloud profiling

What does this MR do and why?

Part of gitlab-metrics-exporter#21

This bumps GME to the latest version, in which we added support for Google Cloud Profiling.

This does not actually enable cloud profiling. We need to set the proper environment variables for this to happen still.
