chore: Update multi-line suggestion docs

What does this MR do and why?

See introduction in #232339 (closed) but we never documented this.

The other docs seem a bit dated as well without the latest UI, but this was a smaller change to make. The wording itself is pretty awkward, suggestions most welcome!
