Removed introductory tasks message
What does this MR do and why?
This removes the Tasks intro message banner, added in !91866 (merged).
Screenshots or screen recordings
Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.
How to set up and validate locally
- Visit a task for the first time (in incognito will work). You should no longer see a message introducing tasks.
