What does this MR do and why?
This is a follow up MR to remove Ci::Pipeline, Ci::PipelineSchedule and Ci::CommitStatus from the old namespace as it's required by the OpenAPI documentation tasks #376875, #376876 and #376885. It seems like the removal was missing when resolving the conflicts for file lib/api/api.rb in previous MRs.
