Changes web-hook redirect
What does this MR do and why?
Relates to: #382021 (closed)
When we are updating a webhook, the page redirects back to the index page (with a success flash message).
- We updated the redirect to keep it on the edit page after update
- We updated the flash messages per #382021 (comment 1182594723)

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit any
Webhookspage (System Hooks, Project Hooks, or Group Hooks) - Create a webhook (the new message should be displayed)
- Edit the webhook (it should stay on the same page with the new message)
- Delete the webhook (the new message should be displayed)
