[296604] Fix doc: GitHub import users mapping

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes documentation around mapping users during GitHub import. The point is that it's no matter if user signed up via regular registration form neither GitHub icon. I't still required to have public email on GitHub side account.

This change will prevent such issues as this one: GitHub import doesn't associate user even user sign in using GitHub icon
