Add scanMethod to edit DastSiteProfile form

What does this MR do and why?

When user wants to edit an exiting site profile with target type api, the property for scanMethod is blank in the edit form.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Create a site profile with the target type api.

2. Go to \-/security/configuration/profile_library#site-profiles

3. Click in edit

4. Check if the property scanMethod is set
