Update BulkImports models to failed state on exception

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates BulkImports::* worker classes to set corresponding models to failed state on exception. It fixes potential situations where an import can get stuck, if an exception occurs but the state is not updated, making the import to get stuck and eventually timeout.
