Migrate button in app/views/jira_connect/users/show.html.haml to use the Pajamas::ButtonComponent abstraction.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Visit http://gdk.test:3000/-/jira_connect/users?return_to=https://gitlab.atlassian.net
  2. The "return to gitlab for jira" button should rendered without any issues.
