This MR logs search param in environments controller. The change is behind a feature flag.

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. Visit environments page eg: http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/environments
  2. Search an environment eg: my environment
  3. Check logs/development_json.log. It should not contain my environment
  4. Enable the feature flag environments_search_logging
  5. Try again, this time the log file should have ...'meta.environment.search': 'my environment'
