Update CodeQuality MR Widget Message with no findings
What does this MR do and why?
This MR fixes: #385364 (closed)
It fixes a bug where the CodeQuality MR Widget would display CodeQuality degraded at 0 points instead of No changes to CodeQuality and changes the icon from warning to success.
