What does this MR do and why?

This change fixes an issue with test resource cleanup which makes GET requests after a resource was generated via POST, overriding the api_fabrication_http_method and skipping cleanup.

By caching the state tracking fabrication method, group resources that make GET requests or perform side effects after fabrication should still be cleaned up.
