Geo - do not expose primary node url for secondary clone urls

What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds a short term fix for "Clone with SSH" and "Clone with HTTP" urls considering Geo proxying for secondary sites. Cloning urls should not expose the primary node url if the request is send from the secondary
