Add discord to user profile social networks

What does this MR do and why?

This change adds the ability for the user to supply their Discord User ID. If provided, it then renders a link to their Discord profile on their user profile page.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open a user profile.
  2. Add a discord user ID. (ID can be obtained with the command /whois on the GitLab Community Discord)
  3. Visit the user's profile. Discord icon should render and link to the user's Discord profile.
