Fix: focus and border appearance of search field in sidebar
What does this MR do and why?
Fixes the focus state and the border appearance of the search field for reviewer and assignees and assignees in the sidebar.
Styles are changed to reflect the updated focus state and border weight of fields from GitLab UI.

How to set up and validate locally
- Open an MR in GDK (e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/merge_requests/9)
- Open the Assignees/Reviewer dropdown
- Check focus and border of search field
