Temporary fix helm version

What does this MR do and why?

This is only a temporary workaround to enable to the test to continue running on the pipeline (failure). We should address the failure by implementing the installation of the gke-gcloud-auth-plugin.

Validation

This is a set of tests that usually run only against staging environments (staging/staging-cny) and therefore not validated by the pipeline. This fix was validated locally running against staging using the following command:

bundle exec bin/qa Test::Instance::All https://staging.gitlab.com -- -- qa/specs/features/browser_ui/7_configure/auto_devops/create_project_with_auto_devops_spec.rb

with all necessary Staging environment variables set (available in the 1Password QA vault).
