What does this MR do and why?

  • We've moved the clickhouse connection string to an encrypted value in %15.9 and therefore we should now begin the process of deleting the old one.
  • This MR ignores the column and we'll delete the column in a future milestone.
  • This MR added the new encrypted column: !107264 (merged)
