What does this MR do and why?
Checksum the files for ::Vulnerabilities::CreateService and ::Vulnerabilities::FindOrCreateFromSecurityFindingService as an additional warning that changing these files may have unintended and potentially damaging consequences for our self-managed users who have not yet applied the background migrations !97699 (merged) and !107367 (merged).
