What does this MR do and why?

It displays the last updated datetime for different type of seats in the group's billing page.

How to set up and validate locally

  • With CDot running, have a group with a paid plan (purchase or edit it from admin > groups > edit > plan)
  • Navigate to the group's Settings > Billing
  • Observe the table in the middle of the page
