What does this MR do and why?

It supports creating or editing diagrams using the diagrams.net editor in the Content Editor (only in Wikis).

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Edit or create a Wiki page.
  2. Switch to the Content Editor (if you aren’t already using it) by selecting "View rich text" in the editing area.

To create a new diagram:

  1. Select the ➕ button in the Content Editor toolbar.
  2. Select "Create or edit diagram".

To edit an existing diagram:

  1. Select the diagram in the Content Editor.
  2. A floating bubble menu will appear where you can select the diagram symbol to edit the diagram.
