What does this MR do and why?
Super sidebar: Project > Operations menu section
This menu section combines the previous sections "Deployments", "Infrastructure" and "Package registries"
Super sidebar: Show snippets in Develop section
The section is currently still named "Repository", but we can change that in a future iteration

How to set up and validate locally
- Enable the
super_sidebar_navand recommended:your_work_sidebarfeature flags. - Log into the GDK and enable the New Navigation for the current user via the Profile Menu
- Go to any project
