[VSA parity] Make the API endpoints configurable on the FE

What does this MR do and why?

Migrates the VSA api request to use the namespacePath in place of project paths / group ids. This MR follows on from the work in !113642 (merged) to rename the API requests.

This MR:

  • Updates the VSA api requests to use a namespace path
  • Updates related jest tests
