Replace `flash` imports to `alert` - 36/36

Replace old flash import to the newer alert.

Last step in the long list of follow-up MRs (see step 4): Rename `flash.js` to `alert.js` (!109449 - merged)

In the second commit, I reverted the temporary aliases in webpack and jest.
