How to set up and validate locally

• enable admin mode: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/admin_area/settings/sign_in_restrictions.html#admin-mode
• enable two factor authentication: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/profile/account/two_factor_authentication.html#enable-two-factor-authentication
