Update docs to mention "Your work" and "Explore" main menu items

What does this MR do and why?

Update docs for !111820 (merged) where three main menu items got replaced by two:

  • Instead of showing direct links to "Milestones", "Activity" and "Snippets", we show a single link to "Your work" to which all three pages belong. They can be navigated to from the "Your work" sidebar.
  • A new "Explore" item got added to the main menu, right after the new "Your work" item. It links, you've guessed it, to the Explore pages.

⚠ Merge this only after !111820 (merged).
