Update ci variable specs product_group to :pipeline_security

What does this MR do and why?

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.

  • CI variables are now owned by grouppipeline security . Updating test metadata product_group to reflect that.
  • Also remove :requires_admin from lock_artifact_spec.rb. This is just a TODO item that was missed for quite some time now, so I decided to take care of that here.
