Remove mention of token in readiness check
What does this MR do?
Health checks formally required use of an access token for authentication. This was deprecated/removed in favour of IP allowlists:
-
Remove the need to use health check token - this was done back in GitLab
9.5
😅 - Remove outdated GitLab versions from Monitor docs (specifically !77134 (diffs))
Since we now use IP allowlists to control authentication, let's remove the token reference from the docs to eliminate confusion.
