Temp dev workspace url fix

Chad Woolley requested to merge caw-temp-dev-workspace-url-fix into remote_dev

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes workspace URL in workspace list on dev to be correct for current state of code - with http protocol, and ?tkn=password

This will need to be updated when we have SSL in dev, and proper passing of token.
