What does this MR do and why?
Integration MR for gitlab-ui!3349 (merged).
We're essentially moving CSS utils out of GitLab's codebase to move them to GitLab UI.
How to set up and validate locally
- Run
yarnto install the dev build of@gitlab/ui.- You might see some unrelated errors about
HEIGHT_AUTO_CLASSES, you can ignore those.
