Project super sidebar: Monitor category

The Monitor items are mainly copied in the same order. We use the SuperSidebarMenu for consistency with the other categories though. See: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/393190.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Enable the super_sidebar_nav feature flag.
2. Log into the GDK and enable the New Navigation for the current user via the User Menu
3. Go to any project
