Add link to Pages troubleshooting section

What does this MR do and why?

Follow-up to the MR: !116094 (merged)

The MR removed the link to troubleshooting section: we need to have it in the main Pages doc + we need to have troubleshooting page in the left menu (done in the MR gitlab-docs!3711 (merged)). This MR adds it.
