Update Remote Development Architecture Blueprint
- Remove legacy Web IDE references
- Since we are going to default to the new Web IDE in the upcoming release, there is no need to refer to the legacy Web IDE
- Remove high-level architecture problems to solve section
- Most of the questions are answered either in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/remote-development/gitlab-remote-development-docs or we have already implemented in our spike
- The remaining I'm not sure if we are working/focussing/worrying about them
- Remove Iteration plan section
- Instead added a link to the Viable Maturity Epic for SSoT
- Add details about removing DevWorkspace operator dependency
- Add reference to documentation repository
- It has details about architecture, implementation-details, technical proposals, local setup, etc.
- Update user flow diagram to show gitlab-workspaces-proxy
