Add an entry for trigger:forward

What does this MR do and why?

We don't mention that downstream pipelines (parent/child pipelines / multi-project pipelines) have a trigger:forward keyword that can be used to control variables. I've added an entry that links to the relevant keyword documentation; I wasn't sure how much of the detail from the forward docs to duplicate here.
