Remove ngrok reference in CustomersDot setup

What does this MR do and why?

Team members developing CustomersDot no longer use ngrok (replaced with ZSim), so this MR updates the integrations code comment to reflect the default host/port that is now used in CustomersDot.

The recommended value for CUSTOMER_PORTAL_URL is localhost:5000 now (docs)
