Update security policies docs after fixing concurrent execution bug

This MR removes the documentation section that mentions not to share a same policy project for a project and group due to a bug(Make ProcessScanResultPolicyWorker idempotent (#393871 - closed)). The bug has been fixed, so removing the section from documentation.

I verified the behaviour in a test-group and the approvals worked fine
