Update docs for Groups REST API
What does this MR do and why?
This MR closes: #331976 (closed)
The RootStorageStatistics data, which is available in the UI, is not being exposed by the Groups REST API, causing confusion for certain users.
To address this, the documentation is being revised to provide greater clarity.
