What does this MR do and why?

This MR refactors ee/spec/graphql/resolvers/timebox_report_resolver_spec.rb.

The refactor specifically breaks down the shared examples into smaller shared examples without changing any content. This refactor is done so that the diff can be reduced in a later MR.
