This MR adds fancy popover when you edit any item on the table when filters are applied, allowing you to refresh the list

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Be on GitLab Ultimate
  2. Browse to a Group (you must be Owner)
  3. Create new Compliance Framework or two in Group Settings
  4. Group -> Security & Compliance -> Compliance Report -> Frameworks tab
  5. Filter the list. If you're coming fresh Framework = No framework might work for you
  6. Apply change to the project either via bulk operation or single-item operation
  7. Observe the popover
