Details

What is the state of the feature flag (moved_mr_sidebar) involved currently ? Is it enabled globally in production now ?

The FF is enabled for some projects , and not globally

What are the changes, if any to address the failure from the incident ?

Also @dchevalier2 created another MR - Bypass MR actions popover by js (!118107 - merged) to make sure the tests do not fail even if the FF is disabled.
