What does this MR do and why?

  • Update tags list layout
    • Use Create release text instead of pencil icon button (this also affects tag#show view)

What does this MR not do?

  • These pages still need a ton of improvements with regards to alignment, sizing, spacing, colors etc. This is just a small step in that direction
