What does this MR do and why?

Expand docs about OAuth credential helpers on the two-factor authentication page.

Add link to credential helper git-credential-oauth. While the page already mentions Git Credential Manager, it's worth mentioning both helpers, because each has advantages. I personally use and contribute to both projects.
