Deprecate `message` field from `VulnerabilityCreate` GraphQL mutation

What does this MR do and why?

This MR deprecates the message field on VulnerabilityCreate GraphQL mutation. We removed this field from security reports schema and stopped supporting them in %16.0 which means this field is redundant.
