Adjust Geo QA test wording

Adjusts wording in Geo QA tests to better match what they actually test.

The world beneath these tests has changed: UI and API requests cannot be used to determine whether a particular resource exists on a secondary Geo site.

Because: Secondary Geo sites by default proxy nearly all UI and API requests to the primary site.
