Replaced template name for consistency in Docs Secret Detection

This MR replaces the template call in Code Blocks from: - template: Security/Secret-Detection.gitlab-ci.yml to the now used: - template: Jobs/Secret-Detection.gitlab-ci.yml

At some places in the doc this was already done, the rest this MR changes. With this consistency and user experience regarding 2 templates in the pipeline editor can be reached.
