Recategorize some integrations feature category attributions

What does this MR do and why?

This MR recategorizes some integrations feature category attributions.

The main recategorization are for endpoints, workers, and specs that are related to webhooks instead of integrations, now that webhooks is its own feature category !108219 (merged).

We can make this change from integrations to webhooks without affecting the groupimport and integrate error budget attribution, as both feature categories are owned by the group (see this thread in #f_error_budgets - internal, good for 90 days).

It also recategorizes some specs from integrations to incident_management, importers, or shared:

  • Some alert management specs have been recategorized as incident_management.
  • Some import specs have been recategorized as importers.
  • Specs specs have been recategorized as shared because they have no special significance to the integrations feature category.
