Resolve "[BUG] Change the issue author"

What does this MR do and why?

Hi @dfrazao-gitlab 👋 I came across this MR by accident when I saw that a lot of New schema inconsistencies issues are being created in the gitlab-org/gitlab Service Desk: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/service_desk AFAICT these issues shouldn't show up in Service Desk, but they do because they are created by the support_bot, which is reserved for Service Desk usage (docs). Since this is a workflow automation, the issues should be created by a different bot, maybe the automation_bot? Could you please create an MR to use another bot? It's not urgent, but could cause confusion down the line. Thank you!
