When migrating the admin menu from html to haml, we missed one of the menus (admin->monitoring->metrics dashboard).

- Navigate to menu > Administration > Setting > Metrics and Profiling > Metrics - Grafana
- Enable 'Add a link to Grafana'
- Confirm that the 'Metrics Dashboard' menu appears (under monitoring)
