Analytics settings page
What does this MR do and why?
Creates a dedicated settings page for analytics / product analytics project settings at Project -> Settings -> Analytics
Moves the current analytics settings from Project -> Settings -> General into this new page.

How to set up and validate locally
- Follow these instructions to setup Product Analytics in GDK.
- Create a project and view the analytics settings while not onboarded, at Project -> Settings -> Analytics (no instrumentation instructions available when not yet onboarded)
- Set up the project from Project -> Analyze -> Application Analytics -> Product Analytics
- View the settings again (instrumentation instructions available once onboarded)
